Arnav felt his body losing balance. Just when he had thought he found his mate, his mother made plans for his future, something he can never avoid or deny.
“Arnav” Revati placed her hand on Arnav’s. “Are you going to respect my wishes or should I stop expecting anything from you?”
He was blank. He wanted to scream and tell them that he had feelings for Khushi but will they understand? It would complicate Khushi’s life and her risk her father’s job. If Shashi Gupta was made to resign, how would he earn well again and handle the responsibility of his daughter’s future? It would devastate him to see Khushi and her family being destroyed by his mother’s unnecessary resolutions. It was time he makes a decision for her.. the one which will be profitable for her whole life. He has to forget whatever happened last night and make Khushi do the same. She has to move on.. from him.. from this place.. before things complicate lives of people they care about.
He placed his hand over Revati’s as a promise.
“Whatever you says, goes Mom”
His reply brought back Revati’s smile but he had lost his appetite. He got up from the table on the pretext of calling up Aman who was missing in the party last night. The Raizada couple couldn’t trace he was lying and hiding his pain. When again that morning, Khushi returned back to him, hoping they would make some constructive plans for their relationship from hereon, he broke her heart by giving her that box of ring again and asking her to forget everything they had last night.

Poor Arnav. If his real parents were alive things would not get so complicated and Arnav took the decision for Khushi and Revati Raizada is selfish.

ReplyDeleteMadhu when you were shifting your works from fb to blog I remember when a lot of them were protesting on whys and hows you said you wanted to switch to blog as it will allow you to login when you are travelling and also that it will allow you to upload using your phone. So when you had cited that reason for shifting your works here, why are you not implementing it? Okay writing long chapters might be difficult using phone but you could have atleast updated the precap that you said you would?

I know its not always possible for you to be here and upload each and every day but we also have some expectations from you. Lately you were quite irregular with your updates, now your laptop crashed.. we understand all that. But you can atleast give us the precap which you said you will post. I mean its been 3 days already since you said you will put that up but still there is nothing and not even any news of you. ;/ i am sorry but i feel neglected as a reader.
May be she'll reply after Diwali. She must be busy guys!!

ReplyDeleteI've been reading arshi stories since forever. There are few writers who quit writing, leaving some of their beautiful stories incomplete. I don't want you to be one of them. Even if you wanna quit writing plz do inform your readers b4 hand but "plz complete the stories b4 u do so". I've read many stories but I come back to your stories coz they have something special & diff about them. You are an excellent writer and as a reader I really wish you continue to be one.
May be updating everyday might have become difficult for you. I would advice you to update atleast any 3 days of the week (which one's u decide & inform us), So that we don't keep waiting for updates or assuming u must have quit writing.
Lastly, if u wish to quit writing arshi stories(hopefully not), plz complete the current ones & don't abandon them. As a reader I've been waiting for updates since more than a week and I wanted to know why u were not updating. Plz post something reagrding your plans on writing arshi stories in future.

So we all r worried that u r doing the same. I know its been long since writing stories, its ok if u want to leave it but please for ur readers' sake finish the stories darling. Update ur plans soon.

She is not gonna leave writing she has cleared that many a times. With diwali coming up and her laptop crashing she might be real busy. Please give her some time instead of being harsh on her. She has a life apart from this blog afterall.
