Precap for My New Boss - Season 3 - Part 47

Arnav’s POV

I’d thought Khushi would wear a decent dress after I purposely spilled the coffee on her but now seeing her in a long red gown with a decent neckline but a long slit on her left leg which almost shows off her milky thighs, I can’t contain my surprise. She purposely gives me a cold stare as she gets down the stairs and then joins my parents who are ready to leave for their dinner date.

“You look so gorgeous, sweetheart,” Mom hugs Khushi.

“Thank you, Aunty.”

I am still glaring at Khushi by the time I reach them.

“Let’s go? We are already late,” Khushi says turning to me, so that I don’t make her change the outfit again.

Before my parents I don’t even want to make more fuss than we already have.

“Enjoy the party,” Dad winks.

“And send us your selfies together.” Mom adds.

I don’t know if Khushi is even going to let me stick around her in that party. Khushi says bye to my parents and then we leave for the party of Aatish Ghosh. Mohan drives us whereas we are at the backseat, silent. It’s pricking me. When we were together before, everything seemed perfect. Now it’s like a vacuum which has started to grow with every second passing. I turn to her side. She is looking outside the car window. My hand automatically rests on her thigh, and the moment it does, she shoves it away from her body.

“You have lost the right to touch me, Arnav Singh Raizada..”

Khushi keeps her voice low so that Mohan doesn't listen. I like how she’s still keeping this fight only between us and not involving others. She was always that mature, wasn’t she?

“We never lost the right on each other, clear that misunderstanding from your head,” I mock.

“Misunderstanding?” she snaps. “You talk about getting my substitute, you have ill-spoken to me before Aatish, you tried to get me down from the CEO’s role. That’s no misunderstanding, Arnav. That’s called backstabbing.”

Tears brim in her eyes as she says this so I finally put my walls down and sliding my palm around her nape, I pull her to me.

  3. Awesome Khushi. Arnav should reveal the truth to Khushi atleast now. Arnav must clear her misconception. It's really hurtful for Khushi. Arnav can't be that manipulative I sincerely believe. Adi.

  7. Motive or not, acting or not and reasonable or not, nothing can justify your harshness and humiliating words Mr. Arnav. I don't understand, ever, that whenever such situations occurs where there is danger lurking, why one had to wear a mask of indifference or ignorance and behave cruel!!! Don't they get this common sense that in the quest of saving their loved one from other hurt they themselves starts to hurt them, which is simply more painful and shattering than any other outside hurt. Just like here. Even if arnav was acting for/to save khushi from any type of hurt and pain, how would he explain and take back the misery and agony khushi had to go because of his facade, actions and words!!! Did it do any good to khushi!!! Or saved her from shedding tears of blood!!! Just in a matter of few days, he had made her feel worse and miserable. No forgiveness for him but just understanding. I hope khushi gives him hard time and a lesson of life time to never hide things from her and hurt her.
