“Mr. Patel is here, Ma’am” Tisha informs on the call. “He wants to see you. Should I send him upstairs at your office?”



The least Khushi expected to see her at this hour was the Detective whom Arnav Singh Raizada hired to investigate on her accident. What is the urgency that he didn’t even wait for her to get back to Paradise?



“Okay, please send him”


Khushi disconnects the call and slowly gets up from her chair. After a minute she receives the detective at her office lobby, waiting for her.

“Mr. Patel” they shake hands.

“Hope you doing good Miss. Gupta. Sorry for coming here without prior notice. But this was critical”

“No problem” she murmurs.

“Do you recognize this car?” he shows her some pictures.



Khushi carefully looks at each of those. It’s a maroon car totally damaged but she does recognize it.

“yes.. I think this is the same car which followed me”

“You are sure about it?”

“Yes” she hands the pictures back to him. “Where did you find it and why is it so brutally damaged?”

“We found this in the valley outskirts of the city and as per my experience, someone wanted to hide the crime and hence disposed the vehicle intelligently”



Khushi swallows nervously.

"Is Arnav aware of this?"

"Yes, I showed him the pictures before you. He is the one who sent me here to get them verified"



Khushi nods.



“That’s all for now Miss Gupta. We will talk again once we get to know more about this vehicle and the person it belongs to”

“Thanks” Khushi fakes a smile. Patel leaves.
