My Facebook Page is still not activated and I have no response from the team despite of frequent follow ups. While I will keep chasing them, want to get some clarity if you are able to open the Completed fictions without much loading issues. As you know I have updated all parts of a fiction in a single post, there might be chances of slow loading of the page.
Kindly comment here to share your feedback on the loading issues of the Completed fictions or any other blog issues that you are facing currently so that I can resolve it soon.

Have not come across any problem while reading completed fanfiction, concern is only about frequent ads

ReplyDeleteThere is no problem as such. Once the page is loaded, reading is quite smooth. The only issue is with the loading time.. it takes a lot of time and the site freezes and it takes another round of waiting for the page to respond again.

DeleteI recently re-read your fictions New Boss season 1 and 2, hidden marriage and imposed vows. I faced the problem in all of these. I access the blog from my mobile phone. But all your stories are 40+ chapters so it takes time to load such huge content I understand that. Like I said, once the content gets loaded reading is pretty smooth.
DeleteYes Madhu the slow loading issue is there & that's ok but the problem is that the page completely freezes while scrolling down to particular chapters & sometimes the screen goes completely blank in sky blue colour as well.. Then have to reload the page & again the slow loading process continues.. Not to forget the annoying ads ��

ReplyDeleteNo issues in loading but when I click to your new links everyday initially the page is redirected to some unknown sites in another window then I cut it off immediately and then in second attempt usually i am able to read the part in same window. I access your site with my mobile.

DeleteThose are the pop ads. Madhu has said she is trying to fix those in her ask me community page. :)
DeleteI have not yet faced any issues yet 2 weeks back i read two stories there was no problem will let you know if i face any hence forth.
ReplyDeleteI recently read 3 of your old stories which I missed on the blog and didn't feel any pressure! Yes, loading takes time but, it is natural because of the content on the blog which is not a problem actually!

If you can save your stories chapter wise, it would be good. Cause sometimes if you left a story at one point, after returning or unlockoing the phone we have to scroll through that at it starts from the top again.. Otherwise it would have been better if its on one page, but this problem remain. When we scroll through sometimes unknown page opens to another window.

Such a committed writer your madhu your simply great you update everyday facing so many problems any other person would have quit this, I can understand doing a job and drafting a update daily will be so hectic for you above that your facing technical issues with the pages but still you are fulfilling your part beautifully thank you so much

ReplyDeleteHi Madhu, there is no issue with the completed stories. But the current stories have the ads problem. It pops of every single time. Hope you solve the issue too. Thanks for your concern towards your readers.
ReplyDeleteHey... If you are using chrome browser, you can install adblock to avoid some of the ads.... hope this helps :-)

Only ads keep on popping but if we use adblocker browser everything is perfect

ReplyDeleteHave not had issues with your page at all only ads and usual pop up which says allow or block ... it doesn’t let me block I have to click allow and then close the new tab which opens , then finally it will take me to the page ... sometimes I have to click a couple times... overall I don’t have a problem I enjoy reading your fan fictions so it doesn’t bother me at all...

ReplyDeleteOpening completed stories not a problem it slows down but still good. But the advertisment which popping out to another new page is really irritating.

ReplyDeleteThere is a problem when loading a completed FF. After the initial text it stays with a blue screen. I am not sure if it has got to do with the internet speed or the blog.

no there is no problem regarding the completed fictions..recently i read many old fictions of yours..the only thing is promotional ads that pop up suddenly and then you have to come out of the page to restart again but thats not an issue..its perfectly fine as long as i cam read the fictions..and i wanted to know is there part one for bride of sheesh mahal or any sequel to it??
ReplyDeleteHey, As you have uploaded all the chapters of your completed stories the page takes time to load and also it might be my mobiles problem but the browser stops responding. And the redirecting of pages is sometimes irrtitating.
