Happy Anniversary to all the Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon Fans.
It's been 8 long years now that Arnav - Khushi and all the cast of this Epic Show weaved the magic on its viewers. I am so proud to be part of its loyal fan base.
My Fiction writing started with this Show and I don't recall a single moment when I don't think about these characters.
Though the Promos of this show back in June 2011 had caught my attention, I was too focused on my job and personal life to even think of watching this TV Soap. I recall the first episode which I watched was Arnav saving Khushi in the Outhouse and she venting all her anger on him for being so full of himself. That was somewhere in July 2011. That one scene touched my heart, mind and soul and got me attached to the show almost instantly. I don't remember missing even a single episode after that. And all thanks to Youtube/Hotstar and India Forums which kept me updated on all the related topics / episodes / Interviews and much more, which I missed in the beginning.
My family called me crazy back then for being so childish and addicted to a TV Soap, but I didn't care. All I knew was that these two leads had given me a huge inspiration to write fictions on them and I never wanted that to stop.
I am thankful to the Directors, Producers, Writers, all cast and crew of Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon for making this show one of its kind and for stealing the hearts of so many people who still want them back together.
Time flies... shows begin and end.. but the memories last forever. And fans like you and me stretch this Forever into a lifetime... I am proud of this Show and its Fandom. Once again Happy IPKKND 8th Anniversary everyone. We all Rock!!!

ReplyDeleteA brilliant Hindi series. I have never been such a crazy fan of any series or movies like this. I don’t think I will ever be. IPKKND is one of a kind.
All the best to the cast and extended families. Seen and read their progress. They have made us part of them. God bless all of them and take them to greater heights in life.

Happy Anniversary ipkknd. My favourite soap all the time. I will be always grateful for the producers, directors n all the people who make it special than other series. I will always love Barun and Sanaya for Arnav and Khushi. Ane everyone else. I still can't watch any other show without comparing them to ipkknd. This will be number one for me always. And thank you sis for keeping arshi alive with your beautiful stories. (even though sometimes I criticise the story lines I can't live without reading a chapter daily). I feel like I'm watching it. So a big thanks to you.

ReplyDeleteAnd speaking of the serial, its my only favorite serial of all times.... I don't have a count of the number of times I have watched this serial.... I have all the episodes downloaded with me and keep watching all the time....
As I have mentioned a couple of times, I love your writing and the way you retain the essence of each character in your stories... The main reason, without any doubt, for my love for the serial is the characterization of Arnav & Khushi... So kudos to the creators....
Happy Anniversary of IPKKND. This is my first ever hindi series and last also. I haven't missed any of the episodes and even possible the repeat telecast also. I missed them so much. Bu like some writers like you they are alive in our life still. Thank you Madhu.

This is the 1st ever show I watched in my life and keep watching till date.my family says I am crazy but I don't mind , awards given to this lead pair in star parivaar awards which I accidentally watched made be to watch this show and gave a memorable memories. Writers like you have kept them alive and eagerly waiting for another show of Sarun, I don't know whether it will be fulfilled but your stories has given life to the characters

Happy Anniversary IPKKND. My family also calls me crazy as whenever i go to my mother's place I watch this serial either on hotstar and now on TV whenever I am home. I used to watch for the whole night the episodes again and again and my sister if she comes across seeing me watching those episodes again and again she used to tell me are you mad still watching the same thing. I love reading Arnav Khushi stories and you are one of my favourite writers keep writing and thanks for keeping us close to Arnav & Khushi
ReplyDeleteI immediately remembered that today is Ipkknd's anniversary when I opened my eyes at early morning...I can't believe 8 years have been passed to witness that magical journey of Arnav khushi...I was in my teenage when ipkknd started and it easily captured my heart,my mind and my soul...I was literally living in that romantic era...everything was so blissful...so charming...so loving...Show ended but memories are still fresh like it happened yesterday...and you lit the flame of love once again through your fictions...thank you...you are really a ardent fan of ipkknd...

The best show till date many shows will come and go but the charm of ipkknd will remain forever.The chemistry between the leads aka Sarun is the main factor for the show's success.The essence of ipkknd will remain intact no matter how many times we watch. ReplyDeleteHappy 8th Anniversary to all the Ipkkndians here! One really cannot understand this relationship that we fans share with this show unless one is part of this huge loving fandom. Till date we bond over this and it's such a pure relationship. The sweet memories this show has created, and has made way for some lovely friends thorough their creative side. Kudos to each one of them. I can still here the Rabba Ve, I can feel the Dard and the nafrat but, the pyaar is always there. Cheers to each one of them associated with show in various manners from crew to cast to fans to audience. Cheers mate. Toast to the loveliest show.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Madhu. I had faced the same event in my case well. Started in between, fell for that serial.watchee without missing it later. Watched almost thrice after it been broadcasted in hotstar to recall Arnav and Khushi' chemistry. All the characters are life to that IPKKND..
